THE INCUBATOR

A network of ventures, one throughline.

When I started Anne Charlot, the idea was simple: build ventures around how people create, connect, and rise together. We ran a members' club. We built a storytelling studio. We launched a fashion label with a mission. Each one was an experiment in culture, and each one taught us something we could not have learned any other way.

Today we are closing those chapters and carrying everything they taught us into one place.

Claude: where leaders rose together.

What it was

A members' clubhouse and coworking space in Montreal. More than a room, it was a place to connect, recharge, and rise together.

What it taught us

Claude taught us how shared space actually works from the inside. Rooms and bookings. Access and check-ins. The quiet logistics of belonging.

The goodbye

The club is closing its doors. But the lights inside those rooms stay on, in the software we built next.

CH.02 · THE HUE · 2019-2026 · MONTREAL

The Hue: communication beyond color.

What it was

A storytelling-driven PR studio, and the Love Your Hue Women's Summit, that amplified diverse voices across culture, wellness, and media.

What it taught us

The Hue taught us that clarity is a form of respect, and that whose story gets told matters. Say the true thing, plainly.

The goodbye

The studio is quieting. The practice of telling the truth plainly comes with us.

L'Art d'Être: give, get lifted.

What it was

A purpose-led fashion label whose proceeds funded underrepresented women entrepreneurs facing systemic barriers.

What it taught us

L'Art d'Etre taught us to build for people first. Tools exist to lift the people who use them.

The goodbye

It was already in a season of renewal. Every great movement has moments of renewal; this is ours. Its energy folds forward into everything we build now.
